At I Fragrance, we are committed to the highest standards of olfactory excellence. Every bottle is an invitation to a sensory journey, and we stand by the craftsmanship of our scents.
1. Our Return Philosophy
Due to the intimate nature of perfumery and strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used bottles. Once the protective seal has been broken or the fragrance has been sprayed, it is considered personal property.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your purchase arrives in less than perfect condition, our Concierge Team is here to resolve it immediately.

Damaged in Transit: If the bottle is cracked, leaking, or the spray mechanism is faulty, please contact us at [Your Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Requirements: Please include your Order Number and a photograph of the damaged item and packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification, we will expedite a complimentary replacement to you at no additional cost.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we have mistakenly delivered a scent different from what you ordered, please keep the box unopened and sealed. Contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for the correct fragrance to be delivered while we retrieve the incorrect one.
4. Cancellations & Changes
We move quickly to get your scent to you. You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this window, the order will have entered our fulfillment atelier and can no longer be modified or halted.
5. Refunds
In cases where a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will reach out to arrange a bank transfer or digital wallet refund.
