At I Fragrance, we understand that the anticipation of a new signature scent is part of the luxury experience. Each bottle is hand-inspected and secured in our boutique atelier to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
1. Delivery Timelines
We prioritize swift and secure logistics to get your fragrance to you as quickly as possible:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad): Expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Other Cities & Remote Areas: Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Order Processing & Tracking

Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

Real-Time Tracking: Once your order leaves our atelier, you will receive an SMS and/or email containing a tracking link so you can follow your scent's journey to your doorstep.
3. Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery: A flat rate of 250 PKR applies to all orders nationwide
4. Secure Handling & Packaging
Fragrance is delicate. Our custom-engineered packaging is designed to protect the bottle from temperature fluctuations and transit impacts. If your package appears compromised upon arrival, please contact our Concierge Team immediately.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier to facilitate a seamless handover.
